This course aims to provide students with a thorough examination of the science of sports nutrition and exercise performance. Completion of this course enables students to plan dietary strategies to complement exercise regimen.
Intendes for athletes, trainers and coaches looking to improve the performance of themselves, their team or their clients through the implementation of sports nutrition strategies. Those who exercise and are interested in supplementing their exercise regimen with appropriate sports nutrition strategies.
