****New 6 week Pilates Course at AIT Sport****
There are now two levels to choose from, Beginner and Intermediate.
Beginner course – Thursday 21st September at 18.15 for 6 weeks.
Intermediate course – Wednesday 20th September at 13.15 for 6 weeks.
What does the Beginner course entail? Introduction to Pilates, knowledge and understanding of the body, focusing on connectivity, strength and conditioning. If you have lower back problems, returning to fitness after pregnancy, would like to work on flexibility then this course is for you.
What does the Intermediate course entail? A progression from the beginners course, more muscle endurance and more movement. If you have done a beginners course before, you will be able to step up for this.
